"Our Constitution"

One more Saturday in Centro ASPROFIL and such a lot of activities! Especially for the eldest group who started to prepare the drama presentetation for June 4 and created a Constitution for our group. The children developed a group 'constitution' stating their rights and responsabilities for a better understanding of citizenship and participation.

The children, divided in small groups made three rules for the whole group. After the discussion, the whole group was back together to share their rules even with the youngest ones. Do you want to know which rights and responsabilities they have proposed?:

I have the right to clean	To wash the dishes
I have the right to help parents	To clean
I have the right to fold the clothes	To take care of the children

• Group 2 [Ericka, Jenny, Bong Bong, Camille]

I have the right to have a name	To bath the children
I have the right to help sick people	To water plants
I have the right to help parents	To take care of the animals

• Group 3 [Daiserie, Jellena, Arvie, Joshua]

RIGHTS	RESPONSABILITIES
I have the right to be free	To take care of the nature
I have the right to play	To help parents
I have the right to be loved	To help people

• Group 4 [Mary Joy, Lanella, Ailyn]

RIGHTS	RESPONSABILITIES
I have the right to finish my studies	To take care of children everyday
I have the right to help our family	To clean our compound
I have the right to have good grades	To cook rice and clean the house

Maybe this kids haven't ever read the Convention on the Rights of the Child but they were pretty near to its purpose and vision. And the best thing is that they enjoyed the activity!
